SHIPPING POLICY
​At HQ Fitness Rental, we aim to make renting fitness equipment simple, convenient, and safe. Below is all you need to know about delivery, setup, and returns.

1. Delivery & Setup
​
1.1 We deliver to your location
When you select delivery, we bring the equipment directly to your home or business.
​
1.2 Setup & demonstration
We’ll move the equipment inside, set it up, and show you how to use it safely. We also explain basic maintenance and cleaning to keep your equipment in good working order.
​
1.3 Collection
At the end of your rental period (or if your hire is terminated), we will collect the equipment from your location, provided you chose delivery.
​
1.4 Self-collection
If you collect the equipment from us, you are responsible for returning it to our premises at the end of your rental period.

2. Returns & Condition
2.1 The equipment must be returned clean and in good condition, fair wear and tear excepted.
​
2.2 If the equipment is returned dirty, damaged, or missing parts, you may be charged the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement.
​
2.3 You must not relocate or give the equipment to anyone else without our written consent.​​

3. Maintenance & Safety
5.1 Use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow all safety instructions.

5.2 We provide guidance on basic cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe use.
​
5.3 Only HQ Fitness Rental staff or authorized persons may repair or service the equipment.​
