To place an order, go to our Main Page or the Hire Now tab on our website. Select your equipment, choose your rental period, and click “Get Started Now.” Enter your details, select delivery or pickup, choose your payment method, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and pay for the first week. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We aim to deliver your equipment within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to stock availability and your location.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your delivery window and arrange a time that suits you best.

Can I rent more than one type of equipment at the same time?

While our website currently allows ordering one item at a time, you can absolutely hire multiple pieces!

Even better — when you rent multiple items, we’ll provide a special discounted rate so you can get more of the equipment you need for less.

Question 4

What to do after my rental period is finished?

Before your rental period expires, we’ll contact you to check if you'd like to extend your hire. We often offer discounted extension rates to returning customers as a thank-you for continuing with us.

If your order included FREE delivery and pickup, we’ll call the phone number you provided to arrange a convenient collection time.
If you picked up the equipment from our warehouse, please give us a call on +61481084248 to organise your return.

Question 5

Can I have my rented equipment delivered to a new location half way through my rental period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can relocate your rented equipment to a new address during your rental period. A standard $50 relocation fee applies; however, depending on the distance and location, additional charges may apply.

To arrange the move, simply contact us in advance so we can schedule a suitable time and confirm any location-based costs.

Can you collect my rented equipment earlier than my "End of rental" date?

Absolutely! If you’d like us to collect your equipment before the agreed end date, just email us at hqfitnessrental@gmail.com or call/text +61481084248, and we’ll happily arrange a convenient time for pickup.

Keep in mind that your rental fees apply up until the originally agreed End of Rental date, unless we make a special arrangement.

What should I do if my equipment breaks?

If your rented gym equipment breaks down, please call us at +61481084248. We’ll either repair your equipment on the spot or deliver a replacement as quickly as possible to keep your training uninterrupted.
