  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?
    We aim to deliver your order within 24 hrs. We will call your number provided to discuss your preferred time of delivery.
  • What to do after my rental period is finished?
    If your order included FREE delivery and pick up, we will call your number provided to organise preferred time for collection by our company. If you picked up your order from our warehouse, please call us on 0481084248 to organise drop off back to our warehouse. Feel free to contact us on a phone number above anytime you have any further questions.
  • Can I rent anything else, or do you have only spin bikes available?
    We have all fitness equipment you see on our main page available and ready for hire. Currently you can find great variety os spin bikes, exercise bikes, Concept 2 rowers, Ski Ergs, Bike Ergs, treadmills and more on our website. You can choose either an item from our main page shopping list and place your order or contact us if you have any specific requirement. Feel free to call or contact us on if you wish to rent lightweight fitness gear like resistance bands, gym mats, dumbbells, etc. and we will discuss with you further.
  • Can I have my rented equipment delivered to a new location half way through my rental period?
    Yes, we can deliver your rented equipment to your new location for a $50 delivery fee.
  • Can you collect my rented equipment earlier than my "End of rental" date?
    Yes, please call us on 0481084248 to organise an early collection of your rented equipment.
  • What should I do if my equipment breaks?
    In case of a break down of your rented gym equipment, please call 0481084248. We will fix your rented equipment on the spot or deliver new equipment as soon as possible.
